Prime Minister Gordon Brown has met flood victims in Cumbria after
England's wettest day on record swamped homes and swept away bridges.

Why for Gods sake? This is about as appealing as getting TV cameras to show you by the side of a person on a hospital bed. Give it a rest Gordon. If you want to be useful go after the floods, visit the emergency services, make sure they have the right equipment and the right pay and conditions. OOPS SORRY that cost's money, guess your only interested in the free but tasteless self advertising.

And who the hell is Baroness Catherine Ashton?? And is she really the best person for the role of EU's new foreign affairs chief. REALLY?? REALLY THE BEST??? I don't think so. Easy to control more like it. Yet they expect us to swallow all this crap. Next they will tell us wet is dry and black is white.
