There is no doubt about it Autumn is my favorite time of year. Ploughed fields, misty mornings, curvaceous women in cuddly jumpers, dew laden cobwebs. . . just the perfect time of year.
Its the time for coughs and colds and certain people need to look after themselves, yes Gb , I am talking to you. I hate to think of you sounding poorly and croaking like Kermit the Frog. Keep warm, drink plenty of hot fluids and wear a jumper. See comment above.
Just like in Dallas
It has been a great couple of weeks at work, however things will change next week. The Poison Dwarf returns in all her self proclaimed glory.
I am surprised that there is not a groove between her desk and Fluffy Kittens desk.
Since the last episode of a few weeks ago when she reached new heights of mischievous I have not been looking forward to her return. PD is manipulative, two faced, mischievous and totally immature. Whilst the latter point is recognised by all and sundry it still makes the previous descriptions hard to bear.
She is hardly a good role model for "squarejaw". If I hear the Lama Song one more time then that's it. Less cherry picking and more attentiveness to learning the job. Anyone can do quantity's of work if you take all the easy tasks. And leaves all the crap for others.
Been mates with PD outside of work for years. Nuff said.
Christmas
Oh Joy, Marks & Spencer man is having his mother over for Christmas. I had his mother and him and his wife over last year. So feel I did my bit. Gushy wheedled out of it by saying her daughter had poor school results and had to study. Study . . on Christmas day. Do you think I am an idiot. Pull the other one.
Must Watch. .
Lewis Hamilton's failure to clinch the world championship crown in China means he now faces the prospect of a nervy three-way title decider in Brazil on October 21.
Yet again I will be up watching his most important race of his career. Fingers crossed, anything except an Alonso win.
Well time draws on.
Bye Folks
Simple of Sussex.
